Scope
This policy applies to the dynapips website and information submitted through the waitlist or contact routes. It does not describe the policies of third-party platforms or brokers you may use outside this site.
Information collected
Dynapips may collect contact details you choose to submit, such as your email address and any optional context you provide about your trading stage or workflow. Basic website analytics and technical data may also be collected to understand site usage and improve the product experience.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to manage the waitlist, respond to contact requests, share product updates, coordinate early access, and improve the dynapips product and website.
Legal basis (GDPR)
For visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland: waitlist and marketing emails are sent on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you gave by ticking the consent box and can withdraw at any time. Replies to contact requests rest on our legitimate interest in answering you and on steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Analytics are used on the basis of consent where consent is required.

Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably useful for product communication, support, operations, or legal compliance. Reasonable administrative and technical measures may be used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed fully secure.
Your choices
You can request updates to or deletion of submitted contact information by emailing contact@dynapips.com. You can also stop receiving product emails by using unsubscribe options when available or by contacting dynapips directly.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. Email contact@dynapips.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
International transfers
Some service providers used to run forms, hosting, analytics, and email may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
